Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services in a one-on-one setting, primarily to older adults in their communities, focusing on driving rewarding patient outcomes and facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Therapists will also participate in an interdisciplinary approach aimed at achieving functional outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible to apply, along with a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification are also mandatory requirements for this role.
