Key Responsibilities

Provide thoughtful, patient

centered primary and functional medicine care focused on understanding each patient’s unique story and goals

Partner with patients to identify lifestyle, environmental, emotional, and biological contributors to their health

Develop personalized, attainable care plans that honor each patient’s readiness, preferences, and capacity for change

Requirements

M. D. or D. O. degree

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

IFM certification highly preferred but not required

5 years of experience or more of practicing in an outpatient environment
