Key Responsibilities

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant implements patient treatment plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist and monitors patient progress. They also communicate with families and medical teams while maintaining accurate written documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Pennsylvania and have graduated from an approved two-year educational program. Additionally, they must have passed the NBCOT certification examination.
