• The program therapist coordinates treatment services and works with the multidisciplinary treatment team to drive the direction of the individual resident’s treatment goals and interventions.

• The program therapist is the liaison between outside referral sources/guardians and facilitates after care placement and treatment services.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology required.

• Additional Requirements: CPR certification and HWC training within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a seclusion/restraint procedure.
