This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Requirements

  • An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is strongly preferred, related degrees will be considered.

  • Must have an interest and ability to work with people and clients of diverse racial, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner.
