Registered Nurse - Home Health Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time or per diem home health visits in Randallstown, Maryland and surrounding areas including Upperco, Owings Mills, and Reisterstown. The role involves providing care to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans according to patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
• Minimum one year recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
