Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles in Raeford, NC. Provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow patient care plans.
• Conduct home visits and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and report client conditions.
• Document care and doctors' orders accurately.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
