About the Role

Join Brattleboro Retreat as a Social Worker-Therapist II – $81K-$112K, LICSW in United States.

Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core Competencies: Demonstrates the ability to provide direct clinical care to patients in order to promote change according to the patient’s treatment plan.

Supportive therapy: Meets with patient as necessary to provide support and resolve specific task oriented problems that may have an impact on treatment.

Maintains frequency designated in the treatment plan.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master’s degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline.

Social Worker II must have a valid Vermont LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC or LADC prior to employment 3.

Must accept a flexible 40-hour workweek scheduled to meet the needs of patients and families within the guidelines of the bargaining agreement.

Some working knowledge of computer skills including MS Word.
