- Provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care consults across Main Line Health campuses.
- Support the development of an ambulatory palliative care program in an embedded model.
- Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, APPs, social workers, chaplains, and hospice teams to optimize patient care.
- Participate in teaching opportunities with residents and medical students.
