About the Role

Join Cook Group as a Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of the patients, nurses, and physicians/providers

Reviews and interprets physicians/providers’ orders for appropriateness, manages formulary to be mindful of effective drug therapies and cost efficiency

Dispenses prescriptions in accordance with clinic policy and in conformance with regulations and laws dealing with the class of prescription

Counsels patients about their medications and maintains an accurate up

Requirements

Current Indiana Licensed Pharmacist

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy (prior to 2006) required

5 years recent experience as a Pharmacist

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy information systems proficiency Physical Requirements:
