About the Role

Join Cook Group as a Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of the patients, nurses, and physicians/providers
  • Reviews and interprets physicians/providers’ orders for appropriateness, manages formulary to be mindful of effective drug therapies and cost efficiency
  • Dispenses prescriptions in accordance with clinic policy and in conformance with regulations and laws dealing with the class of prescription
  • Counsels patients about their medications and maintains an accurate up

Requirements

  • Current Indiana Licensed Pharmacist
  • Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy (prior to 2006) required
  • 5 years recent experience as a Pharmacist
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy information systems proficiency Physical Requirements:
