Mental Health Counselor / Therapist

Join ATC Travelers A as a Mental Health Counselor – Evidence-Based Therapy in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and clinical assessments to determine client needs and mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and objectives.

• Facilitate individual, family, or group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Perform ongoing clinical evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure to practice (e. g., LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Associate-level licensees under supervision may be considered depending on experience.

• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services to a diverse population.

• Strong knowledge of the DSM-5-TR and various psychological assessment tools.

Work Schedule
