Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and clinical assessments to determine client needs and mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and objectives.

• Facilitate individual, family, or group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, or Solution

• Focused Therapy.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure to practice (e. g., LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Associate

• level licensees under supervision may be considered depending on experience.

• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services to a diverse population.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
