Key Responsibilities

& Responsibilities Develop and implement the treatment plan that is based on the diagnostic and functional assessment which is approved by the clinical supervisor.

Provide courteous and respectful care to all client.

Develop an individualized emergency support plan coordinated with community emergency support services.

Provide direct services to the residents.

Salary: $58,656 - $62,049
