Key Responsibilities

• & Responsibilities Develop and implement the treatment plan that is based on the diagnostic and functional assessment which is approved by the clinical supervisor.

• Provide courteous and respectful care to all client.

• Develop an individualized emergency support plan coordinated with community emergency support services.

• Provide direct services to the residents.

• Salary: $58,656 - $62,049
