Key Responsibilities

The Chief Medical Officer will integrate with the executive team to advance system strategies regarding quality, patient experience, and transformation operations. They are responsible for physician relations, peer review, mentoring, and ensuring the achievement of patient safety and engagement goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess at least 5 years of clinical practice experience. An MBA, MHA, or other advanced management degree is highly preferred, along with board certification in a specialty.
