About the Role

Join CHS Recruiting as a Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient, No Call in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, supported by dedicated assistants who room and prep patients, as well as assist during the visits as needed.

• provide as many hospital-level services as possible in a convenient outpatient environment.

• conduct physical examinations - evaluate patients - diagnose and treat diseases - manage chronic illnesses -.

• provide preventative health services, including education and counseling - make specialist referrals when ap.

Requirements

• Arizona NP license or eligibility

• DEA license or eligibility

• FNP certification
