About the Role

Join CHS Recruiting as a Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient, No Call in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, supported by dedicated assistants who room and prep patients, as well as assist during the visits as needed.

provide as many hospital-level services as possible in a convenient outpatient environment.

conduct physical examinations - evaluate patients - diagnose and treat diseases - manage chronic illnesses -.

provide preventative health services, including education and counseling - make specialist referrals when ap.

Requirements

Arizona NP license or eligibility

DEA license or eligibility

FNP certification
