Key Responsibilities
- Conducts a thorough, accurate, clinically sound Psychosocial Assessment with the individual within 24 hours of admission.
- Maintains the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process.
- Obtain signatures from individuals regarding treatment, as necessary.
