This position qualifies for federal student loan forgiveness. After 10 years of qualifying payments while working full-time for a nonprofit employer, the remaining balance on your Direct Loans may be forgiven.

Join Children's Law Center as a Social Worker – Legal Services Role in United States.

Key Responsibilities

/Responsibilities Attends meetings and/or meets with individuals in the community or home settings.

Conduct assessments and make referrals.

Assist attorneys in developing the social work position and advocacy needs of the case.

Testify in court as needed.

Requirements

Effective communication skills (written and verbal), time management, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Persistent and meticulous attention to detail along with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
