About the Role
Join Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a Associate Marriage & Family Therapist – M-F Schedule in United States. Full-time Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) Wanted for a Federally Qualified Community Mental Health Clinic (FQHC) in West Oakland, CA. The Community Mental Health Clinic is dedicated to offer treatment for the BIPOC community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy.
- Support clients in overcoming personal challenges related to substance use.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Experience with Adults Must have Cultural Competency and understanding of the BIPOC community Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan 3 Weeks PTO 8 Major US Holidays.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $65K - $75K
- 15 days PTO.
- 401(k) with employer match.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Day shift only - no nights.
- Flexible scheduling available.
