- Conduct comprehensive medical, functional, and psychosocial assessments under physician supervision; perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as defined by protocol.
- Independently prescribe, adjust, and discontinue medications (including opioids) per standardized procedures or physician orders.
- Perform provider face‑to‑face, end‑of‑life, and recertification visits.
