You will lead and supervise behavior technicians to ensure the reliable implementation of treatment plans while conducting functional behavior assessments. Additionally, you will develop innovative ABA programs and provide parent education to help clients reach their full potential.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. An active LBA certification in the state of North Carolina is also required.
