About the Role

Join IntellaTriage as a Remote Hospice Triage Registered Nurse. Provide after-hours telephone triage support for hospice patients and families, ensuring timely interventions and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care.
• Document all communications accurately.
• Maintain professionalism during urgent calls.

Requirements

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR documentation.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base pay $25/hour with potential increase to $28/hour within 6 months.
• $1 shift differential for overnights and weekends.

Work Schedule
