Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist evaluates, plans, and administers physical therapy programs to restore patient function and prevent disability in an acute care setting. They also document patient progress, coordinate care with clinical staff, and provide supervision to physical therapist assistants and rehab aides.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required per policy guidelines.
