Key Responsibilities

• accredited PGY

• 1 Pharmacy Practice Residency required or equivalent experience (3 years of clinical pharmacy experience) ASHP

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $93.22/hr.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
