Requirements

State Board of Pharmacy Required Licensed Pharmacist

DOH Required Bachelor of Science Required A Pharmacist license within the State of Florida is required. In

Patient Hospital Pharmacy Experience is preferred and PGY1 Residency is preferred. This Pharmacist position will be located at Baptist Jacksonville. If you are interested in this full

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
