Key Responsibilities
- Provides psychiatric services to clients enrolled in community outreach programs, including medication administration and monitoring as well as general nursing care and patient education.
- Collaborates with internal and external medication prescribers and other clinical staff to ensure effective patient care.
- Services could be provided in the community via outreach.
- Responsible for remaining on call if in the event program staff need to consult regarding medical treatment that may be needed for patients.
Requirements
- Meets state of Washington licensure requirements by the time of employment.
- Advanced Reg Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority license
- Washington Department of Health.
- American Nurses Credentialing Center Board Certification as a Psychiatric
