Key Responsibilities

such as airway management and tracheal suctioning.

Assesses pain that interferes with function or rehabilitation participation and notify the physician for appropriate intervention.

Performs arterial punctures to obtain ABG samples; recognize potential complications and contraindications.

Performs EKGs, document/report results per department procedure, route to requesting providers, and file reports appropriately.

Requirements

for Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist CPR/BCLS certification.

Minimum three years of cardiopulmonary/respiratory care experience highly preferred.

Mechanical ventilation and airway management.

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
