LPN - Lincoln Family Medicine (Full Time)

About the Role

Join Penn Medicine as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing nursing services in a primary care setting across two locations in Ephrata, PA. This full-time role includes one evening shift per week until 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from pediatric to geriatric age groups
• Administer injections and medications as prescribed
• Assist providers with procedures and minor surgeries
• Perform point of care testing and specimen collection
• Participate in daily huddles and patient education
• Handle patient information confidentially
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Completion of LPN educational program
• Current PA LPN licensure
• American Heart Association CPR certification
• 1-2 years nursing experience in primary or specialty care
