Job Description

Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Occupational and Industrial Safety, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace. Ergonomia is well-established, both in domestic and international markets for the reliability and high quality of its services.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineer graduate to join our Occupational Health & Safety Studies department. The Technical Support Specialist will contribute in the development and project implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) studies for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to client facilities for OSH data collection which will be used in the development of emergency evacuation plans and occupational risk assessments
Contribute to the development of small-scale OSH studies.
Liaise effectively with clients and partners, offering professional support and information via email and/or telephone
Maintain and update ERP systems (Soft1)
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and related regulations will be considered an asset
Experience using ERP systems will be considered an asset
Skillset:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficient in English
