Key Responsibilities

• Duties Direct clinics quality assurance, utilization review, risk management, and peer review activities.

• Review and consider recommendations to change policies, procedures and programs needed for the efficient operation of the entire department.

• Set long term and short term goals for the overall departmental operation, planning for changes to programs and determining staffing needs.

• Review and analyze work methods and operational metrics and make changes based on findings.
