Key Responsibilities

based Pharmacy (Strip District). The core job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Regulatory Compliance

Create and ensure adherence to facility SOPs and procedures. Oversee reporting and auditing as needed.

Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the accuracy, safety, and efficacy of pharmacy services.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards. Prior Authorization Management

Provide professional guidance to pharmacy technicians who manage PA management for Free Market Health clients. Pharmacy Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including meeting KPIs, supervising staff, scheduling, and workflow management.
