Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy Registration/Certification/Licensure Current PA Pharmacist License Experience Minimum: Clinical rotation through educational program.

Preferred: Six months experience in a hospital setting.

Other Requirements N/A Status Exempt Essential Functions Performs accurate and detailed work within specified time periods.

Works cooperatively with health system and pharmacy staff to meet the pharmaceutical care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.
