About the Role

Join Independence Health System as a Pharmacist – Hospital in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy Registration/Certification/Licensure Current PA Pharmacist License Experience Minimum: Clinical rotation through educational program.
  • Preferred: Six months experience in a hospital setting.
  • Other Requirements N/A Status Exempt Essential Functions Performs accurate and detailed work within specified time periods.
  • Works cooperatively with health system and pharmacy staff to meet the pharmaceutical care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
