Key Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of the annual strategic plan for division with enterprise partners and in alignment with the overall strategic direction, incorporating long terms goals and vision.
- Collaborates with Business Development and Strategic Growth leadership and team members to drive service line expansion, DeNovo growth targets, and ADC targets.
Requirements
- What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree in Business, Social Work or closely related field of study is strongly preferred.
- Current or previous experience as a behavioral healthcare executive with demonstrated operational success.
- Requires a minimum of seven (10) years’ of multi-site executive leadership experience, preferably within behavioral healthcare.
- Other Requirements Requires valid State Driver’s License.
