Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding and executing the positions responsibilities as described in the Counselor’s Handbook and the Company policies.

• Complete and maintain all required clinical documentation per The Company policy, Counselor Handbook and the F.

• Facilitate Phase I, II, and III groups per program manuals and the Company policy.

Requirements

• good written and oral communication skills.

• To be eligible for promotion to a supervisory position you must attend supervisory/team building training.

• This can be accomplished by checking out “How to Supervise People” CD from the corporate office and passing all tests with a minimum score of 80%.

• Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of job description are followed and adhered to.
