Requirements

  • Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. Or
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration.
  • Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner: Washington Pharmacist License. Preferred qualifications:
