Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy is required, though a PharmD is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience. A PA Pharmacist License is required, and Basic Life Support certification is preferred.
