About the Role

Join Guidelight Health as a Licensed Therapist – No Weekends, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• /Competencies: Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans to create a cohesive case conceptualization.

Requirements

• A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid eligibility to obtain state licensure in Massachusetts (LMHC eligible, LCSW) Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.

• Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Internship PHP/IOP experience Group Facilitation experience Guidelight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $70K - $80K
