The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the examination, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for patients in an acute care setting. They must collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide skilled interventions while maintaining accurate documentation and billing standards.
Candidates must hold a Speech Language Pathology license in Minnesota and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Basic Life Support certification is also required, with a preference for at least one year of experience.
