About the Role

Join CAN Community Health Inc. as a Non-Physician Provider in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Perform clinical assessment on new patients, consult to and follow up on patients at the clinic.

Document patients’ physical assessments, medical histories, and progress reports under 72 hrs.

according to CAN’s chart documentation policy.

Render assistance to complete paperwork related to medical management of patients, billing, or credentialing.

Requirements

Retrieve and evaluate patient’s medical results, including pathology and lab results, specialty or primary care consultation and reports on diagnostic tests.

Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.

Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.

Assess and determine patients’ status for symptoms, toxicities, and side effects.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
