About the Role

Join CAN Community Health Inc. as a Non-Physician Provider in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical assessment on new patients, consult to and follow up on patients at the clinic.
  • Document patients’ physical assessments, medical histories, and progress reports under 72 hrs.
  • according to CAN’s chart documentation policy.
  • Render assistance to complete paperwork related to medical management of patients, billing, or credentialing.

Requirements

  • Retrieve and evaluate patient’s medical results, including pathology and lab results, specialty or primary care consultation and reports on diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Assess and determine patients’ status for symptoms, toxicities, and side effects.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
