Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Neonatal and Pediatric Units

Key Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions in a clinical setting. They will manage mechanical ventilation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide patient education to support recovery.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of a CoARC accredited respiratory therapy program and possess at least 12 months of acute or critical care experience. Active RRT licensure in Virginia and BLS certification are required, with specialty credentials expected within two years.
