Key Responsibilities

• * Develop personalized treatment plans and offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• * Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• * Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express their feelings and concerns.
• * Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Requirements

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * A Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• * A current, valid license to practice as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
