Key Responsibilities

• and Responsibilities: Serve as attending psychiatrist on an inpatient unit, managing a patient caseload and leading interdisciplinary treatment planning.

• Supervise and/or mentor psychiatric staff such as advanced practice providers, residents, and trainees.

• Collaborate with other attending providers, nursing leadership, social work, and other allied health professionals to support cohesive care delivery and efficient patient flow.

• Support admission, treatment, and discharge processes for assigned unit/patients to ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory.

Requirements

• residency experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred or completion of JPS Psychiatry Residency Program.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.
