ABOUT THE ROLE Seneca’s School Partnership Programs is hiring for a School-Based Therapist to guide students to success at a Grant Elementary in San Lorenzo, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, specialists, and program leadership
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management for a caseload of school
- referred students
- Engage caregivers and school staff in the treatment process with regular discussions on student progress and needs
Requirements
- Education/Experience requirements:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy required
- Registered or eligible to register with the California BBS required
- Experience working with youth in a mental health or education setting is preferred
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $73K - $87K
- Signing bonus: $2,000.
- 35 days PTO.
