The Speech Language Pathologist II provides direct patient and family-centered care under the direction of the Rehabilitation Leadership Team, which includes evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning based on functional needs. This role involves working with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and may include participation in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.
Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or equivalent, a minimum of one year of clinical experience, and required licensure including Basic Life Support (BLS) and state Speech Language Pathology licensure. Preferred qualifications include clinical affiliation in Pediatrics and previous experience with feeding/swallowing.
