About the Role

Join Providence as a Clinical Pharmacist – Infusion Oncology in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and validate oncology and infusion medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and protocol compliance
  • Supervise the sterile compounding of hazardous and non‑hazardous medications in accordance with USP / standards.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize treatment plans and manage supportive care
  • Monitor therapy outcomes, toxicity, lab parameters, and patient response; recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines.

Requirements

  • PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy, Or
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
  • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed)
