About the Role

Join Providence as a Clinical Pharmacist – Infusion Oncology in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Review, verify, and validate oncology and infusion medication orders for appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and protocol compliance

Supervise the sterile compounding of hazardous and non‑hazardous medications in accordance with USP / standards.

Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize treatment plans and manage supportive care

Monitor therapy outcomes, toxicity, lab parameters, and patient response; recommend adjustments based on clinical guidelines.

Requirements

PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy, Or

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy

Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed)
