Requirements
- PhD or PsyD from an accredited school required Must be licensed in the state of Indiana with a current license to practice.
- Health Service Preferred Provider (HSPP) required Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team Previous experience with adult and geriatric patients in an acute psychiatric setting preferred.
