About the Role

Join Cure 4 The Kids Foundation as a Registered Nurse in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares, administers, and documents medications and therapies including chemotherapy and/or biotherapy according to organizational policy and procedures.

Provides conscious sedation as indicated for procedural needs in clinic and for patients receiving radiation at an alternate site with oversight from a provider.

Participates in Rapid Response Team assignment and triage call assignment.

Communicates data and information to other members of the Health Care Team.

Requirements

Active American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

One (1) year of pediatric or PICU experience and bedside nursing in the past 2 years. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach.
