Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide quality rehabilitation care as part of an in-house therapy team. They will work collaboratively with the rehab team to deliver evidence-based, outcomes-focused treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program and possess a current Tennessee Physical Therapist Assistant license. Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
