Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct physical therapy services in patient homes according to established plans of care. They are responsible for instructing patients and caregivers on safe device usage and reporting any changes in patient status to the supervising therapist.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy assistant program and hold a current, unrestricted PTA license. A minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to patient locations.
