Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Manager oversees and supports Clinical Staff within the Behavioral Health Unit.

The Manager provides leadership, training, and mentorship to staff while fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Evaluates performance of nursing personnel and nursing care and suggests modifications.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.

BLS upon hire and maintain current.

A minimum of two years supervisory /management experience necessary.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current ACLS Provider Certification preferred.
