About the Role

Waukesha County's Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor for second shift (3pm-11:30pm) in the adult psychiatric inpatient setting. You will supervise staff, manage admissions and discharges, and provide direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise second and night shift nursing staff.
Oversee inpatient admissions and discharges.
Conduct annual performance reviews and education.

Requirements

Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 3 years nursing or education experience.
Master's degree may substitute for 1 year experience.
