Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Serve as patient advocate and educator.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Preferred experience in home health care and interdisciplinary teams.
