About the Role

Join 21st Century Home Health Services as a Speech Language Pathologist in Watsonville, California. Provide skilled home health services to patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This is a full-time, in-field position serving Santa Cruz County.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders.
Collaborate with Case Managers and interdisciplinary teams.
Serve as patient advocate and educator.

Requirements

Current unrestricted California Speech Therapist License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Valid California Driver's License.
Preferred experience in home health care and interdisciplinary teams.
